How is this different from a traditional operational due diligence?
Traditional operational due diligence is thorough but expensive, consultant-intensive, and hard to standardize — usually viable only for large transactions. MARTRO's method makes structured operational assessment accessible and repeatable for SMEs, advisors, and smaller transactions too.
Is MARTRO a consultancy?
No. MARTRO does not deliver generic consulting, coaching, or prescriptive recommendations. It observes, measures, and reports — the decisions remain with the organization.
